Kristen M. Breglio graduated cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law in 2003. At Hofstra, she was the Managing Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. Ms. Breglio had the opportunity to work in the Eastern District of New York for a Federal Judge and gain valuable insight into the legal process. Additionally, Ms. Breglio studied at the Faculte de Droit de l’Universite de Nice in Nice, France, and was honored to have been able to take coursework with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Ms. Breglio did her undergraduate studies in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she completed her coursework in just three years. She was a member of the University’s Scholars Program and was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest academic honor society. Ms. Breglio was an active member of Alpha Phi, an international sorority. While at the University of Maryland, Ms. Breglio also worked for a United States Congresswoman on Capitol Hill.
Advocating for both big and small clients, Ms. Breglio has worked on complex matters involving hundreds of parties but has also represented a single plaintiff. Ms. Breglio brings big firm experience and advocacy to every client.
Ms. Breglio is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
